What is the goal of Gambit?
It depends. On one hand, it's to collect as many fantasy points as you can and on another, it's to build a valuable team of athletes. Think bigger: the real gambit is to blend the two and manage a team of valuable athletes while using your sports savvy to enter them into contests and win prizes. There are many ways to play - what's your gambit?
What are the different parts of Gambit?
There are four main sections in the game:
- Play
Coach mode
Let the games begin-our contests live here. This is where you can either use or add to your team and compete for prizes. View open, upcoming, live and completed contests.
- Trade
GM mode
The athletes are the ones collecting points for you. This is where you wheel and deal to build the strongest team for your right price.
- My Team
Owner mode
A bird's eye view of your athletes, their value and market performance.
- Account
Transaction history, about, external links, etc.
General tips to get started
You can start building your team two ways:
- By entering a contest: When entering a contest you can either select athletes you own or buy new ones. By entering a contest, you'll automatically add to your team by buying the athletes you enter. Easiest way to get started.
